Job summary

Jim Hudson Acura Augusta seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, and collaborate with technicians to identify required services using the vehicle history. You’ll explain recommended services and costs, and promote current promotions.

You’ll compute parts and labor costs, assist customers with questions, and ensure a thorough re-delivery check and repair-order quality. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
• Identify required services using the vehicle’s service history.
• Advise customers on necessary services and costs; inform about promotions.
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor.
• Address customer questions and needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle and completion of services.
• Review customer satisfaction survey results with service manager.
• Meet dealership standards for repair order production.
