Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
• Identify required services using vehicle history with technician.
• Advise customers on services and costs, including current promotions.
• Compute costs of parts and labor.
• Address questions promptly and professionally.
• Ensure re-delivery check is complete and vehicles are clean.
• Review customer satisfaction surveys with service manager.
• Meet dealership standards for repair order production.
