Job summary

Lia Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor(s) to join our team and help drive exceptional customer experiences. You will manage the service flow, relay repair information, and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous assistance.

We offer a generous compensation range of $65K–$125K with production-based pay, plus a signing bonus up to $2,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drive lane flow and ensure prompt, courteous service for customers.
• Communicate repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to assure a positive experience.
• Maximize daily technician time by selling time to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize efficiency.
