Job summary

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the key connection between customers and our service technicians, listening to needs and explaining recommended maintenance and repairs to keep customers informed throughout the process.

You will create and manage repair orders from check-in through delivery, provide estimates, and coordinate with technicians to keep work moving smoothly.
