Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally at their vehicle to begin the service experience.
• Input customer and vehicle information using CRM or dealership software.
• Conduct a walk-around inspection with the customer and note concerns.
• Explain the benefits of the multi-point inspection.
• Provide accurate service estimates and obtain approvals.
• Maintain regular communication about status and delays.
• Coordinate with parts and technicians to ensure timely service.
• Process repair orders, warranties, and payments.
