Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza is expanding its team and seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences and build lasting relationships. This role focuses on clear communication and a seamless service process from drop-off to repair completion.

The ideal candidate will have automotive service advisor experience, dealership background preferred, and be available to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Previous automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Positive and friendly attitude with strong client focus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
