Join Our Quick Lane Team

Porcaro Ford is looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor who enjoys helping customers, stays organized, and wants to build a career in automotive service.

You’ll help customers with oil changes, tires, inspections, and routine maintenance—from greeting them at check-in to explaining completed work at pickup. This role primarily supports Quick Lane, with occasional assistance in the main service department.

Automotive experience is preferred, but we’re also interested in applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and document their vehicle concerns and maintenance requests
• Create accurate repair orders for oil changes, tire services, inspections, and other maintenance

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in a tire shop, quick-lube shop, or automotive parts store is a plus. Applicants with retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications. Starting pay and any available performance bonus opportunities will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule

Full-time. Specific hours and Saturday scheduling will be discussed during the interview.
