Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC in West Bend, WI is seeking an Auto Service Advisor to help customers identify vehicle needs, verify warranties, and develop service estimates.

You will work with customers to create repair orders, schedule appointments, promote automotive products, and ensure a high level of customer service, with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Prior retail automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously, and promote service offers.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor, and calculating customer’s payment.
• Create repair orders and maintain a superior customer service experience.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
• Ensure all services are completed with a high degree of quality to meet customer needs.
