Ricardo Caballero Auto is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first contact on the service line, ensuring a pleasant customer experience while their vehicle is in the shop. The role includes appointment scheduling, data management, service guidance, price estimates, and repair order processing.

The ideal candidate has automotive knowledge, customer service experience, a valid driver's license, good communication skills, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish.

• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Mansioni

• Promotes, manages and sets appointments for maintenance for current clients.
• Keeps client data updated in the system and creates files for walk-ins.
• Identifies and confirms service needs.
• Educates clients about workshop services and warranties.
• Estimates prices for services.
• Fills out and processes repair orders.
• Checks in/out vehicles and explains company policy on items left in cars.
• Notifies customers of price changes and obtains authorization for changes.
• Verifies repair status with technicians and keeps clients informed.
• Explains applicable campaigns and attaches campaign verification to repair orders.
• Encourages maintenance follow-ups and upsells accessories where appropriate.
• Ensures repair orders are complete.
