This role emphasizes customer service, sales, and problem-solving in a fast-paced shop. You don’t need to be a technician—we’ll train you on our products, services, and tools, plus the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications

• Able to learn automotive products, services, and store processes.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust from first contact, in person and by phone.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance and financing options clearly for decisions.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and leadership.
