Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Able to learn automotive products and services and explain recommendations clearly.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inspection tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain options and guide customers through estimates, work orders, and checkout.
• Maintain accurate estimates, invoices, and follow up on service status.
• Support store leadership and technicians to keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments and ensure proper checkout procedures.
