Big Brand Tire & Service in Parker, CO is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, serving as the liaison between customer and technician to deliver a world-class service experience.

You will confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties and services, perform visual inspections and document findings, and help maintain showroom and inventory standards while supporting a smooth, safe operation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service sales or retail automotive with strong customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
