Truck Center Companies in Fairmont, WV is seeking a Service Advisor to support customer interactions and service workflow. You will enter repair orders, schedule appointments, and maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the repair process.

This full-time role offers base pay plus commissions, a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with employer match, PTO and health plans, and opportunities to grow within a busy auto service environment in Fairmont.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent reading skills and legible handwriting.
• Must be familiar with computers.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Project a positive, professional attitude to customers.
• Enter customer information in repair orders.
• Schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers throughout repairs.
• Explain additional work, costs and timelines if needed.
• Inform customers of completion and provide the repair order.
