• Maintain customer relations with all existing and future clients and businesses.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate to management if needed.
• Plan and coordinate known appointments for the next day.
• Answer service calls and follow up promptly.
• Review monthly specials and service menus; review sublet vendor services.
• Maintain service files and review for accuracy before scanning.
• Determine and discuss alternate transportation needs with customers.
• Greet customers, verify information, retrieve service history, and follow processes.
• Process after-hours drop-off and towed-in vehicles.
• Prepare pickups/deliveries for drivers.
• Promote labor, parts, sublet services and accessories to meet needs.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and completion times.
• Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and payments.
• Monitor progress on repair orders and communicate status changes.
• Ensure parts are billed correctly and warranties are properly coded.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores above national averages.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Represent Warren Henry positively on and off dealership premises.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Three years’ experience writing service or related experience/training

Ability to read, write, reasonable spelling skills for writing repair orders and communicating professionally with email

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, taxes, and percentages

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, tasks, or handle any customer situation

Ability to apply creative problem solving for any customer issue or concern and decide if further escalation is necessary

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
