Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Experience using automotive service scheduling software.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive, making them feel welcome and comfortable while their vehicle is in our care.
• Translate technical mechanical issues into clear, easy-to-understand language for our customers.
• Keep vehicle owners updated throughout the day regarding the status of their service or repairs.
• Organize the shop workflow by coordinating with our technicians to ensure work is completed on time.
• Manage service invoices and handle payment processing with accuracy and transparency.
