Greet guests as they arrive, making them feel welcome and comfortable while their vehicle is in our care.
Translate technical mechanical issues into clear, easy-to-understand language for our customers.
Keep vehicle owners updated throughout the day regarding the status of their service or repairs.
Organize the shop workflow by coordinating with our technicians to ensure work is completed on time.
Manage service invoices and handle payment processing with accuracy and transparency.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience working in an automotive service or customer-facing mechanical role.
Understanding of automotive systems and common repair processes.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple vehicle files simultaneously and the ability to keep all parties including the shop and customer updated.
Experience using automotive service scheduling software.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
