Mossy Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant in Southern California to sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and meet unit, gross, and customer satisfaction goals. You will build relationships, demonstrate vehicles, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

Compensation is Commission-based with guaranteed base for non-sales work, plus benefits and growth opportunities. Strong communication and a professional appearance are essential for success in a fast-paced dealership

Responsabilités

• Establish daily/weekly/monthly prospecting and sales goals and organize work to produce results.
• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist them in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs.
• Know product offerings, packages, and latest technology to demonstrate effectively.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections and comply with all laws and company policies during sales.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and outcomes.
• Close sales efficiently to maximize gross profit and handle financials of transactions.
• Maintain post-sale contact to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
