• Establish daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and prioritize tasks for productive results.
• Build relationships with customers and help them select a vehicle by listening carefully.
• Know the product offerings, options, and latest technology to advise buyers.
• Demonstrate vehicles in a professional, high‑quality manner.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections while complying with all laws and company policies.
• Report objectives and activities to the Sales Manager.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
• Close sales efficiently to maximize gross profit and accurately compute terms.
