You will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles while pursuing unit goals, gross profit, and high customer satisfaction, working in a commission-based environment with a guaranteed base pay for non-sales hours.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Clean driving record and valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and prioritize activities.
• Build relationships and help customers select vehicles by listening to needs.
• Be knowledgeable about product offerings, packages, and aftermarket options.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and results.
• Maintain a positive attitude and “A game” daily.
• Close sales to maximize gross profit and explain financial terms.
