Mossy Automotive Group seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant in Oceanside, CA to sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and achieve unit quotas and gross profit targets. You will build relationships, demonstrate vehicles, and follow up to drive referrals.

Employees are primarily commission-based with a guaranteed base for non-sales work and rest periods; average annual commissions are projected to be between $60,000 and $120,000, reflecting performance and market demand in Southern California.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Clean driving record and CA driver's license.
• Willing to submit to background check & drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Establishing daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.
• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Be the vehicle expert; know the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology and aftermarket products/services.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations; comply with company, DMV, state and federal requirements.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
