Mossy Automotive Group is hiring for a Sales Consultant in Southern California. You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, earn commission as a major component of pay, and meet unit volume quotas and gross profit goals while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving on sales goals.
• Clean driving record / valid CA driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings and technology.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and work attire.

Responsabilités

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing tasks for productive results.
• Build relationships and create customers for life by guiding vehicle selection through questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles with high quality, highlighting features and aftermarket options.
• Perform compelling demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and repeat purchases.
• Close sales to attain optimal gross profit and complete accurate financial paperwork.
