Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration rides.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships using the Salesperson Daily Work Plan.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during write-up to ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, current pricing, and promotions.
• Attend and participate in daily sales and training meetings; practice customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the lot and showroom.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer following the delivery process.
• Introduce customers to Service after sale following the Sales 2 Service process.
• Train assigned salesperson for 60 days on store’s sales process and product knowledge.
• Support daily customer contact activity using the CRM to arrange sales appointments.
