Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant auto sales experience.
• 1–2 years of college with related experience or training.
• Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales staff and provide training to improve sales performance.
• Set annual and monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits.
• Monitor salesperson productivity and performance.
• Display and promote new and used vehicles.
• Review market analyses and sales reports.
• Coordinate between sales and other departments.
• Maintain professional appearance and attend managers meetings.
• Develop improvement programs for sales staff to meet objectives.
• Read and comprehend job-related information, electronic or paper.
• Handle problems creatively and with empathy for customers.
