Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salespeople in a value-focused sales process.
• Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and daily engagement.
• Own the floor - from customer experience to process execution.
• Partner with the General Manager and marketing to drive sales traffic.
• Monitor KPIs, manage CRM follow-up, and ensure VIP treatment for every customer.
