Carlock Volkswagen of Cool Springs in Franklin, TN is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant – Automotive to guide customers through the car-buying journey and represent our inventory with confidence. You will own the sales process from prospecting to delivery and collaborate with leadership on monthly plans.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication.
• Clear communication skills in customer interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales training or experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
