You should be energetic, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed financially while maintaining honesty and integrity. Prior auto sales experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude and drive.

Qualifications

• Knack for building rapport with customers.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic, customer service and sales oriented.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Motivated to succeed financially while upholding honesty and integrity.
• Prior sales/automotive experience is helpful but not required if motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to reach ownership goals via in-person, online, and phone conversations.
• Promote all steps of the sale, including vehicle appraisal, test drives, and financing.
• Provide ongoing customer support after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of all company products and selling tools.
• Familiarize yourself with lease, warranty, and insurance offerings.
• Be aware of competitive practices, pricing, and models.
• Perform direct sales tasks on the showroom floor and at events.
• Build and maintain personal sales contacts; set monthly goals; attend staff meetings.
