• Interact with customers to help them achieve vehicle ownership goals via in-person, online, or phone conversations.
• Promote all steps of the sale, including vehicle appraisal, test drives, and financing applications.
• Provide ongoing customer support after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Become knowledgeable about all company products and selling tools."
• Familiarize yourself with other products and services including lease agreements, warranties, and insurance.
• Be aware of competitive practices, pricing, models, and sales practices.
• Perform direct sales tasks on the dealership floor/lot and at events.
