Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ preferences, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain performance, safety, technology, and financing options.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Proactively prospect through phone calls, online leads, social media, networking events, and dealership traffic.
• Qualify buyers by assessing needs, trade‑in opportunities, and financing eligibility.
• Present pricing, negotiate terms professionally, and close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless delivery and post‑sale support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and competitor offerings.
