Strong candidates come from automotive or consultative backgrounds and will leverage CRM for sustained follow-up. A solid pipeline and daily discipline are valued, with an OTE of $50,000–$150,000+ annually and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Relationship-first sales approach with guest trust-building
• Discipline in CRM and follow-up to maintain a strong pipeline
• Comfort with digital sales tools and e-commerce interactions
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand what they want
• Guide guests through Toyota lineup with product knowledge and confidence
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to convey ownership experience
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM
• Collaborate with finance and management to ensure a transparent purchase
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
• Stay current on Toyota lineup, incentives, and EV offerings
