Employees earn commissions with a base wage for non-sales work and breaks. Expect annual commissions in the range of $60,000 to $120,000 depending on performance, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals and organize work to achieve them.
• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist in selecting vehicles by listening to needs.
• Be the vehicle expert on products, options, and after-market services.
• Demonstrate vehicles through high-quality presentations.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections and comply with all regulations in sales processes.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and results.
• Maintain a positive attitude and close sales to maximize gross profit.
