Employees are paid mostly on commissions with a guaranteed base pay for non-sales work and breaks. Average annual commissions are projected between $60,000 and $120,000, reflecting strong performance and our customer-focused culture.

• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations; comply with company, DMV, state and federal requirements.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Bring a positive attitude with you every day.
• Efficiently close sales to maximize gross profit and accurately compute finances.
