• Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism
• Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training
• Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
• Build long-term relationships with customers — they’ll come back to you because you earned their trust
• Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience
• Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals — with support, mentorship, and room to grow
