Lithia Toyota of Springfield is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to guide customers through vehicle purchases and create the best car-buying experience. You will present options, explain features and financing, and build lifelong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and ready to perform.
• Prior Toyota brand experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, ideally in a dealership setting.
• Working knowledge of computers and dealership technologies.
• Able to handle high-volume work and meet sales goals.
• Willing to grow with Lithia Driveway’s automotive business.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options.
• Maintain follow-up and build relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Attend product and training courses to stay current on offerings.
