Job summary

Ron Tonkin Toyota in Portland, OR is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant for a full-time, commission-based role. You’ll greet guests, diagnose their needs, and explain how new Toyota vehicles meet those needs while guiding them through the purchase journey.

You’ll follow up with leads via phone, text, and email, negotiate sales, attend training and meetings, and complete all sale paperwork. Weekend work is common, with two consecutive days off.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or training are desired but not require
• A current valid driver’s license is required for all employees
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

• Show and explain features and operation of the vehicle
• Follow up with leads via phone, text and email
• Negotiate sales transactions and close deals
