Automotive Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Toyota Business Development Agent to be the first point of contact for prospective buyers. You will respond to inquiries, provide vehicle information, and guide customers toward dealership resources.

No experience required; in-house training with our manufacturers will support your success. You will handle callbacks, schedule sales appointments, and present financing options while maintaining CRM records and working toward daily and monthly

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
