Suburban Toyota of Troy in Troy, MI is hiring an Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Agent. You’ll be the first contact for customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and guiding buyers through the next steps of the purchase process.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, web inquiries, texts, and emails.
• Engage customers to understand vehicle needs and guide them through next steps.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and meet activity goals.
