Toyota is hiring a Business Development Agent in Knoxville, TN to be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and help them take the next step toward finding the right vehicle. You will learn about new vehicles and technologies, with in-house training and manufacturer programs.

No experience is required as training is provided; success is built on exceptional customer service and a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Positive, team-player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
