Job summary

Chris Crain Enterprises is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Business Development Team. The role focuses on handling incoming sales and service calls, scheduling appointments for sales staff, and following up with leads and missed appointments to maximize conversions.

Ideal candidates will have excellent phone skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Office experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming Sales and Service calls.
• Set appointments for Salespeople.
• Lead follow up/Appointment confirmation.
• Make outbound calls from leads.
• Track your Lead/Show/Sale percentages.
• Set Service Appointments/Confirm set Service Appointments.
• Follow up with all unsold leads.
• Follow up with all missed appointment customers.
