Job summary

Chris Crain Enterprises is seeking a self-motivated team member to join our Business Development Team in Benton. You will handle inbound sales and service calls, set appointments for sales staff, and perform diligent follow-up on leads and missed appointments.

The role emphasizes excellent phone and written communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn as you contribute to customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming Sales and Service calls.
• Set appointments for Salespeople.

• Track lead/show/sale percentages.
• Set and confirm service appointments.
• Follow up with all unsold leads.
• Follow up with all missed appointment customers.

• Take incoming Sales and Service calls
• Set appointments for Salespeople
• Lead follow up/Appointment confirmation
• Make Outbound calls from Leads
• Track your Lead/Show/Sale percentages
• Set Service Appointments/Confirm set Service Appointments
• Follow up with ALL unsold Leads
• Follow up with ALL Missed Appointment Customers
