Job summary

Classic Chevrolet - Grapevine is seeking a positive, motivated BDC Service Representative to support the dealership's service department. You will answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and help maintain strong customer relationships.

Starting at $20 per hour plus commission and bonus, with health and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation and a friendly work environment, the role offers opportunity for advancement for reliable, team-oriented candidates.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role with strong customer service experience preferred.
• CDK and DriveCentric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Call customers for follow up, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and bring customers into the dealership for service.
• Interact with customers and with all dealership departments.
• Gather data for outgoing calls.
• Candidates must be reliable and report to work promptly.
