Job summary

Sam Leman Chevrolet Cadillac of Champaign is hiring a Customer Appointment Specialist to support our sales team. Based in Champaign, IL, this role focuses on guiding interested buyers, scheduling showroom visits, and maintaining steady communication across phone, text, and email.

You’ll work with the sales team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping customers move from inquiry to appointment while documenting interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Ability to communicate professionally through phone, text, and email.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations at once.
• Dependable and motivated to meet goals.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Previous customer service, call center, sales, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries received through our website, phone, and other online sources.
• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
