Job summary

Sam Leman Chevrolet Cadillac of Champaign is hiring a Customer Appointment Specialist to support our sales team. Based in Champaign, IL, this role focuses on guiding interested buyers, scheduling showroom visits, and maintaining steady communication across phone, text, and email.

You’ll work with the sales team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping customers move from inquiry to appointment while documenting interactions in our CRM system.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Appointment Specialist (Sales Support) to join our team at Sam Leman Chevrolet Cadillac of Champaign.

In this role, you will be an important part of our sales team, connecting with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle and helping them take the next step in their car-buying experience.
