Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service in Reading, MA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our busy store and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability. You will work with management to improve efficiencies and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, recruiting and training, meeting sales targets, coordinating with marketing and distribution, and maintaining a clean, inviting showroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma with 3-5 years of industry/retail experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• ASE certification a plus
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed objectives in sales, units, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned store location.
• Lead, coach and direct staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Recruit, train, motivate, develop, and retain qualified employees.
• Deliver quality work on time to customers to ensure long term growth in sales and profits.
• Work with other departments to grow business and increase sales.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and follow procedures.
• Create a customer friendly environment with clean, welcoming showroom and lobby.
• Assumes other responsibilities as needed.
