You will work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction across daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (e.g., headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Collaborate with management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
