Sullivan Tire Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sandwich, MA. This role emphasizes customer service, sales leadership, and team mentoring within a busy auto service environment.

You will liaise between technicians and customers, help schedule services, and support the store manager while upholding Sullivan Tire standards and policies.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma with 3-5 years retail/industry experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills in retail.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and lead staff.
• Understanding of automotive tire and service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and delegation skills.

Description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager. This individual will be customer service focused and continue building Sullivan Tires loyal customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and being the liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager, demonstrate staff leadership, and always professionally represent Sullivan Tire.
• Mentor and develop employees.
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Follow all operation procedures.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

Minimum of high school diploma with 3-5 years of industry/retail experience.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong sales and customer service skills in a retail environment
• Conflict resolution skills
• Solid understanding of automotive tire and auto service industry
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
• Strong time management skills
• Working knowledge of VAST, Microsoft Office, and our internal software applications
• Team player
• Demonstrated staff leadership and delegation skills.
