• Check in and process vehicles received; scan and reconcile inventory.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicle quality standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: reports, paperwork, financing contacts, registrations, and cash handling.
• Create service appointments and review repair orders for retail work.
