Job summary

Sonsio, LLC is seeking a Claims Specialist, Level 1, to efficiently process new claims while delivering outstanding customer service to contract holders, dealers, and repair facilities. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to guidelines, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service and/ or claims processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Process standard claims accurately and within SLA.
• Maintain claim documentation, photos, and logs.
• Provide high-quality customer service to contract holders and repair facilities.
• Enter and update information in the CRM and coordinate with teams.
• Meet QA, call, and attendance metrics; follow workflows and escalation paths.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
