TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join a contract role based in Tempe, AZ. The position primarily involves phone, email and chat support for a financial services client, with a daily volume of calls and messages and troubleshooting across browsers, apps and mobile OS.

You will handle 35-40 contacts daily, providing solutions, guidance and issue resolution while documenting interactions in the CRM. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Customer Service skills.
• Experience/interest within financial services.
• 1-3 years of data entry.
• Experience with M365.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily phone, email and chat support.
• Troubleshoot applications, browsers, iOS/Android issues.
• Handle 35-40 calls, chats, emails daily and resolve customer issues.
