NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in our Reynoldsburg retail location. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through knowledge, responsiveness, and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks to optimize store performance.
