Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Hawaii seeks a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in the retail store, delivering automotive parts solutions and exceptional service for both retail and wholesale customers. You will support store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and active customer engagement.

You will operate POS and catalog tools, assist with inventory, and help maintain a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support logistics.
